Exclusions

Our car care policies do not cover the following parts and materials:

 General parts

All bodywork, wear and tear (including Acts of God such as punctures, air conditioning condensers damaged by road debris etc), handles and hinges, interior/exterior trim, brightwork, paint, glass (including front and rear screens and elements) weather strips, rubber seals, sheet metal, sunroof guides, seats (including all internal electrical/mechanical components), seat belts and pretensioners, wiper arms/blades/washer jets, wheels and tyres, wheel alignment/tracking/balancing adjustments, all suspension components, including air suspension bellows, which have failed as a result of wear or perishing.


Working materials

Unless working materials and supplies such as oils, filters, anti-freeze and air conditioning recharges are required as a direct result of the failure of an included part.


Contaminated fuel

The clearing of fuel lines, filters and pumps/injectors. Incorrect fuel being used in the vehicle invalidates the warranty. 


Electrics 

Bulbs, LED, HID, lamps/lenses, batteries, fuses, wiring harness, wiring terminals and remaking of disturbed electrical connections, in-car telephones, parking sensors and cameras, Start/Stop technology, in-car entertainment and satellite navigation systems.


Miscellaneous items 

Air conditioning recharging, ECU reflashes/upgrades, water ingress, exhaust system including sensors, auxiliary drive belts, brackets, mountings, trappings, supports, fixings and fastening devices, fuel tank and fuel lines, corrosion, rubber hoses, metal pipes or plastic pipes and unions, core plus and air bags.

Monthly rolling policies require a minimum of 10 payments before the service can be completed. Early servicing may require a fee paid up front.

Refunds are not available in the event the plan is prematurely cancelled, or if the vehicle is sold/written off etc prior to the plan finishing which results in it being cancelled.
